This is really weird , I visited http://rti.gov.in/ and found
*"To view the RTI map properly, use I.E.(screen resolution:1024/768)"*
This is a kind of enforcing users to use IE. I think the Website developers
hired to develop are unable to develop websites which look great also in
firefox or any browser other than IE, so put on the message on the websites,
as this one ;-)..
