Well, IIT-D is not a special institute. It still use non-standards. All we
can make awareness. I am away from IITD from last 1 year so cannot tell
exact situation.

Removing a non-free software is very easy. removal of non-standard is very
difficult. so removal of non-standards is more important at this stage.
