I mean at a BOM price point of $35. The zero profit market price would 
then be at $50~55. 
But we do not have a fab - any fab. So unless the govt has purchased a 
fab and intends to get it going in 2 or 3 months, I would think it 
was a pie-in-the-sky. Anyway let see what N.K. Sinha has to say.
