 Because university examination system is based on MSQL and VB Crystal
Report.Also this will be a history soon :
http://ipu.ac.in/store/tnexm150310.pdf . Admin and faculty are two different
things , both work independently.

In department of IT (same university) as a student we have labs that have
GCC ( Codeblocks ) for c/c++ , Netbeans (Java) , Mysql (Database).Also at
the same time we have also prop. software. A university can't be /*NAZI*/ to
support FOSS.A large chunk of student who know FOSS still favor prop.
development , vive-versa is also true.

I used mono and times new roman in my project report and it is accepted.

Things that worry me is that , their is no strict action being taken by
AICTE against private college who hire unprofessional/less qualified faculty
on the name of cost cutting.
