Only the party people would be trained and skilled enough to deal with
politics and management.
Their system had a much more effective form of democratic centralism
before. Weakening of that due to accumulation of wealth in some hands
and related problems is an issue.

The so-called global crisis or usual problem of capitalism has also
forced the Chinese Govt to increase investment in the State sector.

We should consider the necessary modifications/ enhancements necessary
to implement FOSS in different types of systems in more detail. Blind
repetition of western propaganda and their manufactured consent does
not help.
