There seems to be a lot of off-topic discussions lately which are detrimental
to the SNR of the list and seems to be even turning off certain members from
the list itself. (Which is something no one here wants to happen.)

So please take a moment to go through the reason for this group/list's
existence and try and keep your posts/replies as focussed on them as
possible.

Principles and Objectives (From: http://fosscomm.in/Principles )

        well as Industry

   3. Promotion of FOSS only software in syllabus from primary to higher
        education

   5. Promotion of accessing publicly funded software and creative works
under free software or equivalent licenses

   6. Resistance for the hardware and software monopolies by using
