What kind of Indian IT industry laws would be particularly FOSS friendly?

(especially ones that are directly related to employees)

It is a fact that the current IT industry laws are dangerously vague
and do not care to address much.

Confidentiality, NDA, IPR can be included in the employment agreement
as per law - this should be opposed.

Further even without this it is possible that:

1. Employee signs various bonds which make no mention of nature of
work and is asked later to do closed source proprietary work with
NDAs. Employee does not want to get involved, but employee is already
a chattel laborer.

The law says that bonds are legal.

Having laws for different categories of s/w should be considered more seriously.

Rather, what constitutes "FOSS-Ecosystem friendly IT laws"?
