Yes, we must file it and get the answer for it. AICTE, as they should stand for is technical education and deal with education, where on they have come to guard the third party commercial interests, rather than educations interests and in favour of country. No one is bigger than our country, and if anyone comes within it then steps can be taken to stop them as deemed fit time to time.
