Open source as Infrastructure is an
investigation, sort-of, into what maybe called
as cultural information infrastructure.
Its not a declaration, or emphatics, on freedom.

Since I noticed, on a quick read, some comparable
topics, i posted the link in this thread. I can see
your confusion re:"on these lines.."
Hope to write a note on this link on a separate thread later.
