In general there are different levels of census data. They  have put
up a fragment.
Lower level data will have sensitive information and privacy issues
may be associated.

It is important to prepare 'synthetic' equivalents for free
transmission of lower level things

If you indicate the source and put up a reasonable portion, then there
is no issue.
But merely copying portions is not sensible for many parameters as the
underlying methodology is modified periodically in very questionable
ways for 'political reasons'. You will find many related
articles/papers and data as well in EPW .
