http://fosscomm.in/FrontPage says

"*Welcome to FOSSCOMM wiki. FOSSCOMM or FOSS Community Network India is a
civil society alliance of organizations and individuals working to promote
the adoption of free and open source software (FOSS) in India. *"

I guess, it is our (ie fosscomm) duty to work proactively for foss adoption
in India and solve all kind of hurdles in such adoption. At the same time,
we must grow this group.
