I support FSF as well as Guru's comments.. however I have sent mine
comments too. I was unable to see HTML5 which i have added in my
comment. HTML5 is highest important for ICT otherwise we will be
seeing lots of flash files around us which govt will created on the
name of ICT-Multimedia...

So we have 2 ways
1) Pick FSF draft and send it as FOSSCOMM endorse it. But again we
need to add name, who is endorsing from FOSSCOMM. OR we need to assign
a SUDO-POWER person (head) , if HEAD says , he is endorsing then
FOSSCOMM is endorsing.

2) Second Method  - We create a Common Document , Using real-time
Collaboration and Mix all three comment lettter (me, guru, fsf, etc).
And then send it as FOSSCOMM's comment where we will will endorse
it...

We have limited time.. If you want this, then here is the real time
collaboration link - We all will be able to edit , view who is writing
what and chat too - (OpenSource tool)

http://sync.in/JhmTJmzcKb {Only 8 people can Participate , which is
good enough }
