Correct. There is no agreement on the terminology, most of which is not
exactly respectful. All of us have some ability or other that is not exactly
the same as anyone else's. But the course of human societal development has
been very lopsided, with respect and dignity given more lip service than
practice.

I see no reason why computing tools should not also be handy for persons
with mental challenges, in fact. So 'physical challenges' is not the right
description either. There are some scenarios also where the line between
physical and mental challenges is blurred.
