i hope all this is immune to, 'until-the-govt-changes' or 'a change in the
ministry or officials'. sigh!
when will we understand as a country (not just as a govt) that we need FOSS
and open-standards, politics-agnostic.
Whoever comes to power, just like we all need education anyways.

and if i may boldly say so, i'll be even more convinced when i see the
return of FOSS in the presential office.
