As I understood it, the application will allow users to maintain their own accounts using Free Software, while enabling them to hire accountants who already use Tally and are not going to switch anytime soon. It will directly help users of Free Software, and will help others to switch once they see how such users are able to function effectively without buying/pirating poorly designed proprietary packages such as Tally.
