I am looking for a solution that non-technical people can use to create maps that would represent information in spatial form.
For example, suppose I have a lot of data on rainfall conditions in India, the software should help me represent that on a map. I would also like to create story maps like the ones in the links below. The software should help me create those. http://storymaps.esri.com/stories/2012/whitenose/ Regards, Archita On 30 March 2013 21:28, Amol Hatwar <[email protected]> wrote: > * My comments inline * > > > On Saturday, 30 March 2013 at 4:15 PM, Archita Bhatta wrote: > > > Hi everybody, > > > > I was looking forward to a free GIS software which could be used easily > to translate existing data to spatial format. > > > > Specifics please.
