The legal route will bring about a narrow ruling, applicable in just this
particular case. The action that GN has suggested is more seminal, although
perhaps very difficult and one that cannot guarantee cent per cent results.
It will have greater impact also, as colleges are bound to influence the
students to some extent, and they will in turn influence their families.
