Interestingly, if you go to eprocure.gov.in as instructed in the NIT
to download the tender docs, you will find that no active tenders are
listed under IMD's listing on the site. So, what do you d/l and what
do you submit? The only copy of tender document available is on the
IMD website.

Under "Technical Requirements" section it says :

2.5 The software should be compatible to work on multi platforms, such as:
• Host Processor: 64-bit AMD64, 64-bit Intel 64 or 32-bit x86 processor-based
workstation or server with one or more single core or multi-core
microprocessors.
• Operating System: SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 10 or newer,
SUSE 10.0 or newer, OpenSUSE 10.2 or newer, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3
or newer, Fedora Core 10 or newer or Ubuntu 8 or newer.
