The "dladm" command won't be used to create IPMP groups. Dladm is for
link layer, while IPMP is an IP layer technology.
You can find the IPMPng design document at
http://opensolaris.org/os/project/clearview/ipmp/, which covers both the
userland and the programming interfaces changes.
IPMP restructuring is part of the Clearview project

have a look.
