Are you talking about /etc/dhcp.e1000g0?  If so, then nothing in the
system other than sys-unconfig(1M) should be "erasing" that file --
let alone "continuously."

Can you post some details?  Did you create your own cron job to do
something like this?  Or perhaps install some add-on software that
does it?

Tracking down what on your system might be wiping out configuration
files would be helpful.
