In general, the answer to this is "none". At the risk of stating the obvious, we don't hobble Solaris networking performance by default in the hopes someone will come by and place the right incantations into ndd(1M) or /etc/system. That said, there may be cases where your specific workload and hardware configuration may benefit from low-level tuning -- but that should only be done after careful analysis (and those cases still represent opportunities for the networking stack to auto-tune). -- meem _______________________________________________ networking-discuss mailing list [email protected]
