In the vanilla case (no modern features like Power management), this would be options advertised at auto-negotiation. The advent of newer features like Power Management changes this, of course. In that case, "advertised" would be the parameter advertised at that instant.. The constraint is that there may be a lot of properties, and fitting them all into one screen may result in information overload. We had hoped that the "Extended Status" would give the summary, and then the "Properties Settings" would provide ways to change these.
