Hmm.. So why is MDT so different for MTU 1500 vs MTU 9000?
Is this because the driver is traversing the packets, and
has to do 6x as much work in the 1500B case than it does
for the 9000B case?   That's certainly one advantage of
hardware LSO.. it is the same amount of work for the host
regardless of the MSS.   It is a shame LSO performs so
terribly in a non GLDv3 context, but at least it performs
equally regardless of the MSS.
