But it's not clear to me that output from 2 or more diff runs, wouldn't also be helpful.
You might be able to diff each with the common saving the output, and then depending on the output format, you might be able to diff the 2 output files you saved to find the common changes, and the changes specific to each. But at this point, looking up the diff3 algorithm and using it in nawk might be easier...
