Occassionly when I restart nwam, nothing actually happens. Looking at the log
shows the following:
[ Oct 24 11:46:24 Stopping because service restarting. ]
[ Oct 24 11:46:24 Executing stop method ("/lib/svc/method/net-nwam stop"). ]
ifconfig: yukonx0: [ Oct 24 11:46:24 Method "stop" exited with status 0. ]
interface not in appropriate state for command
[ Oct 24 11:46:24 Executing start method ("/lib/svc/method/net-nwam start"). ]
/sbin/dladm: secure object initialization failed: object already exists
ifconfig: I_PUNLINK for ip: yukonx0: Invalid argument
[ Oct 24 11:46:26 Method "start" exited with status 0. ]
ifconfig: SIOCSLIFNAME for ip: yukonx0: already exists
My current work around is to reboot, which is obviously less than ideal. Is
there a better recommendation when the svcadm command doesn't work?
Thanks,
Brian
