I just installed nevada build 101 and when I did a 'svcs | grep physical' I saw
that NWAM was not running, so I disabled network/physical:default and enabled
network/physical:nwam. Now it gets an IP address at boot using DHCP.

However, when the machine boots it says 'hostname: unknown', the same with
'uname -a'.

Which steps do I need to follow to get the hostname set correctly? Seems like
the 101 installer no longer asks for the hostname, which it used to do on
previous builds.
