I think the problem is being triggered by the fact that the opensolaris
image is running out of memory, and  the trash-reclaim function is 
somehow corrupting the nce list (looks like a race condition, I was
able to get the machine to boot at least once, with debugging turned on).

We'll need to reproduce this internally and figure out what's happening,
but for a workaround, can you assign more memory to the VM and see 
if that helps?

Could you provide some description of how the VM was set up (esp.
memory assignment)
