More memory didn't seem to help. The VM was initially configured with
768 MB; it still panics with 1024, 1280 and 1536 MB. That's as high as
I can go -- the host only has 2GB installed.

The key points are:

Memory: 768MB
Processors: 1
VT-x/AMD-V: Enabled
Nested Paging: Disabled

Video Memory: 12 MB

Audio: ICH AC97

NIC 1: Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop

Serial: Port 1 connected

USB: Disabled

I've also uploaded the VirtualBox XML file describing the VM to
