There is already a workaround for the crash on nm-1-0 [1].

I only noticed that later, and already did the backport. Don't know we
want to merge it though(?!). See th/supplicant-manager-fix-ref-count-
rh1298007-nm-1-0 branch.


I also did fc23 and fc22 updates with [1]
