Hi, just wondering if you have any inputs/suggestions about this one or if anyone has seen it before. We are using neurodebian on Travis for our nilearn project and we see episodic failures where the PGP key can not be retrieved from the PGP server. When it does fail, it tend to fail consistently for 10-20 minutes and then start working again, which means that a dumb retry strategy probably wouldn't work. Also I double-checked a few times that it was not Travis-specific as I could reproduce the same error on my local computer.
