BTW, this patch included the patch for the mod_file_cache patch which is not
goodness for reviewers.

Each patch should be targeted to solve a specific problem (or implement a
specific part of a larger plan). The goal is to make the patch easier to
review. I had to filter out the mod_file_cache cruft to review this patch.

I am looking at 10xpatch-2.0a6-5 and there appears to be a lot of extra stuff
in there as well.
