Sorry for the html post - easiest way to pass this info on.
Here's something to feel good about - I just ripped through any bugs tagged '2.0' and
came up with the following.  Obviously the few at the top need review (they are all sorted
by State, then PR#), but I'm thinking we aren't nearing beta.  We are nearing a release.
