apache.org:8092 is up with a fresh build containing mod_cgid. viewcvs
works great, but when I test the combination of mod_cgid and suexec I
get "Internal Server Error" at the browser. Looking at the suexec log I
see:

[2001-03-07 11:59:01]: uid: (501/bugz) gid: (501/501) cmd:
[2001-03-07 11:59:01]: cannot stat program: ()
The null program name/cmd looks rather dodgy (as the Aussies say). I
created this by going to http://bugs.apache.org:8092/ , then scrolling
down to the bottom of the page, selecting "Severity: serious", and
clicking on "Search the bug database".
If anybody wants to jump in and debug this, please feel free. I'm going
to revert back to mod_cgi for now so that Brian has a fresh build he can
put into production. It would be nice to prove that our dir_cleanup seg
fault is really gone.
