The tarballs are available for testing.
I would like to suggest this be released as a beta on Tuesday morning.
Along with that, I would suggest that on Tuesday evening, this release
should replace the build currently running on apache.org. I would like to
finally see a 2.0.15-beta on apache.org finally.
