Kevin, NETWARE is a _platform_ not a _product_.

No it isn't Gray. It's quite black and white. WIN32, NETWARE, et al were
all given to the ASF or built by the ASF as complete solutions. IBMHTTPD,
WebTen and Covalent Fast Start Server are _not_ the ASF's solutions, they
are vendor solutions with vendor-specific changes.
And yes, you have _my_ permission to email if a customer using mod_gzip and
Covalent Fast Start Server has a problem with anything we changed from the
public distribution, and some solution could be crafted. ITMT, FirstBill
is right, this is OT, so please let this thread _die_ and take it offline
with IBM. Do it in their support forum if you like. Do it in the newsgroup
if you like. But not on the new-httpd development list, please.
