Okay, if you see it this way. I have had quite a lot of customers
who copied the default configuration with very little change.
And usually, "their" /index.html's performance IS a concern to them.
If it's suboptimal, they'll blame it on us. We need at least to write
something into the config file how to get best performance for the
server's /index.html (and/or how to get best multi-lang flexibility
at the cost of performance).
