[newbie] Need Mandrake CD

Is there a reliable source to get a Mandrake CD? Unfortunately, I don't
have an ISP so I can't download it or get it from one of those web based
vendors. Is there someone out there that would be kind enough to burn a
copy of theirs for me? I of course would pay for the costs involved.

Any thoughts are appreciated,
