Hi! I downloaded the 2.3.9 kernel for www.kernel.org, and I tried to
compile it.
I did:
xconfig (and configured the kernel)
make dep (to make the dependencies) and then
make (to compile the kernel).
The very last message on the screen is: vmlinux Error 1. I can�t find the
kernel (I�m assuming it didn�t compile, now), and I would like to know why.
This is the first time I�ve tried to compile a kernel, and I just wanted to
play with the USB and NTFS support. Any help would be appreciated.
