Yes, you can use lilo to configure several op. systems to run...
Have look on HOW-TO files!

Yes, you can use -vfat option when mounting fat32 filesystem. Unfortunately
there is no stable version of NTFS filesystem support .....YET!

Very simple,  you just have to answer some questions.... If any problems, do
