I have seen minor issues with the floppy when setup as shared with samba and supermount,, and accessed from windows boxes, if you delete all files on a floppy via smb to a linux supermount drive. and then try to put files on that drive, it forgets that it has deleted the files and you can't add more..
I don't know if thats an issue with supermount, samba or whatever.. but its a definate problem. rgds Frank -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Anne Wilson Sent: Saturday, August 10, 2002 10:17 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [newbie] Distributing the Power Pack? FWIW, despite all I have read, I have found it to be little problem (under 8.2). I know others have said the same. One thing that does seem to cause problems, though, is if you manually mount/unmount from a shell, say. It gets confused then. Of course, I'm no expert. Anne
