I have same problem with Acer ScanPrisa 640s..... > it worked fine in 8.2, in 9.0- no :/ > > who can help, really? alice, in 8.2, with the prisa scan, there was a need to edit a file called "/etc/sane(.d)/snapscan.conf" (replacing the old '/the/path/to/your/firmware/file' with the correct path to the *.bin file that your scanner used). you still might need to do that, but also there is a typo in the file "etc/sane.d/dll.conf" you nedd to edit it as root and change Snapscan to snapscan (if I remember correctly)
