Your absolutely right.  However, I presumed that actually being able to 
utilize what ever protocols M$ has put in WinCE to do things like 
mail/contact syncing was part if their "intilectual property".  So I was just 
hoping that some kind of simple work around, maybe a quasi ftp, had been 
thought up.  I certainly don't have the skills to do this but it seems to me 
that someone would have done this.
