Yes - xD - my typo ;( OK - if it isn't the memory format, then that just leaves the possibility of it being two usb storage devices. I have tried taking it off the hub and putting it straight into the back of the computer, but it didn't seem to make a difference. There are four ports on the backplate, though, and I think two are considered a hub - problem is which ones - so I'll try it in various places.
Anyone with any other ideas?
