Sorry didn't work for me using the command after logging in as root,
starting x and starting a terminal within X:
# urpmi --auto --auto-select --best-output -v mozilla-mail

It kept asking for the 8th CD out of a 7 CD pack. :) However I do think
the user (Duhhhh ME) requires training. :)

As I said to Anne earlier I think an 'upgrade' and individual package
selection is required.
