Before that when I did manage to get in and run the install it complained about being unable to read the partition table and therefore wanted to wipe all my partitions. As I have about 10 years of un-backed up docs there, I figured ti would be a damn good time to invest in another hdd to act as a backup and then I can hopefully low-level format it from fdisk, create the partitions, install Win95(for Quicken) and then use the remaining space for linux.
I'll have to come back to this later after I've done a little rearranging.
