Thanks for the solution, but how do I go into spadmin and do what you suggest. I have found the spadmin link in the OpenOffice.org folder but have no idea how to follow your instructions. Please could you spell it out for me. I'm a rank-newbie just keeping my head above water! Thanks, Rob
