uhm.. i guess you installed RealPlayer as you downloaded it off real.com?

The problem is that Phoenix is now expecting to see an RPM version
of RealPlayer installed. (The RPM made also by Texstar) If this is your only
dependency problem, install Phoenix with --nodeps. Should work.
