Could be way off beam, but I would guess that the monitor setting you have only has one resolution available. I would suggest that you check the list of available monitors again, and see if you can find a generic monitor that has settings that match what yours can do - but do be careful that you really know its capabilities. I hope you still have the manual for the monitor? Or maybe you could google or info about it? Anne
