Being that RedHat and Mandrake are RATHER similar, you may be able to
use it for SOME applications that are RPM based, but keep in mind that
there is a structural difference between the two and anything that is
based as such could suffer. You should be able to update your Gnome and
Evolution without a hitch, though - as well as getting things from
Codeweavers (WINE) and Opera and OpenOffice...

I think it IS worth the little download of a few megs...
