That will not achieve anything.
kdemultimedia has an explicit Conflicts: TiMidity++ so, even if rebuilt,
you would still need to install it using -ivh --nodeps.
The pkg that would need to be rebuilt, with the Conflict removed, is
kdemultimedia.
